Technology At Lenski

At Lenski, students are given the training and tools to fully integrate technology with the grade level curriculum. What students work on in the computer lab relates to what they are studying in the classroom. All students in grades 1-5 come to the lab with their teacher for at least one hour a week. Kindergarten students spend 30 minutes a week in the lab.

Our technology staff work in tandem with the classroom teacher’s to provide personalized instruction during these learning sessions. In addition, students often continue their computer projects on classroom computers, in the mini-lab, or media center.

Tech Talk

Ever wish you could expand your kids’ software collection but don’t want to spend a fortune doing so? A virtual cyber-library is only a couple of clicks away!

Boni Hamilton shared with us her plethora of math resources for students. Each site is grade-specific and designed to complement the learning goals of Everyday Math. An added bonus – students can do all the activities themselves!

To access the links, go to www.littletonpublicschools.com and click the “For Staff” tab at the top of the page. On the left-hand side of the page, click “Technology Resources.” Then click “Elementary Math” on the right and scroll down to the grade you’re looking for. These educational activities can also be accessed from Lenski’s website and www.ikeepbookmarks.com/Lenski.

Lenski Websites

At Lenski, we use the Internet to support the curriculum in the computer lab. What websites do we use? How can I get to them at home? The answer is easy. Click on the link below and access the same websites used by Lenski students.
